About the job

As a Workspace/People Operations Coordinator, you'll manage people and office-related activities while building strong relationships working with our Boston based team. This role requires excellent organization, self-motivation, and proactive prioritization skills⁠.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Coordinate daily office operations and maintenance⁠

  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers⁠

  • Optimize workplace layout and office environment⁠

  • Ensure high maintenance standards⁠

Leadership Team support

  • Supporting leadership team in Boston with scheduling and ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Coordinate with UK-based EA to align calendars across time zones

  • Support travel arrangements for the team based in Boston

HR Operations

  • Handling recruiting coordination and logistics⁠

  • Managing onboarding processes and documentation⁠

  • Maintaining HRIS system and employee records⁠

  • Ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements⁠

  • Administering background checks and additional training⁠

  • Supporting visa application processes

Employee Experience

  • Support employee engagement initiatives⁠

  • Coordinate office events and wellness activities⁠

  • Support visiting employees⁠

  • Facilitate new employee orientation⁠

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of People Operations/Workspace Management experience in a high-growth startup environment⁠

  • Good HR operations knowledge⁠

  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills⁠

  • Process-driven mindset with ability to create structure⁠

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities⁠

Greater Boston area resident, willing to work 5 days in office⁠

  • Creative problem-solving abilities⁠

  • Value-aligned with company mission⁠

HRIS (Bob) & any ATS experience⁠ would be advantageous.
